InstaCharm studio
A small short-let apartment on Trebević, with a view over Sarajevo and details made for the photo.
A 38 m² apartment that rents well, photographs well and does not cost much.
The story
Mountaincic Apartment, nestled in one of the most exclusive buildings on the slopes of Trebevic, is poised to be an Instagram haven with breathtaking views overlooking Sarajevo. Envisioned as an investment for daily rentals, the owners sought a perfect blend of comfort, Instagram-worthy aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness.
Our design strategy embraced vibrant hues, carefully curated signature pieces to infuse a touch of glamour, and a selection of budget-friendly furniture elements, ensuring a harmonious balance. This approach not only adds a distinctive touch to the space but also aligns with the goal of creating an appealing yet affordable rental.
To make a lasting impression on rental platforms, the apartment boasts artsy details that set it apart. Despite its size, we opted for transformative furniture, featuring Murphy beds that seamlessly convert the living room into a bedroom at night. This dual-purpose design not only maximizes space but also enhances the apartment's functionality, offering a cozy retreat for guests. Mountaincic Apartment stands as a testament to the fusion of style, practicality, and cost-consciousness in the realm of short-term rentals.
